The room was well designed and comfortable. I really appreciate having a nice, comfortable place to stay with my two dogs. The dog-friendly aspect of Home2 Suites is great. I also appreciated the high ceilings, nice solar shade and room darkening shade (with choice of both), and the small sofa was comfy. My stay wasn’t seamless (I was not given the room I selected via the Hilton Honors App (I tried to be at end of a hallway so my dogs would not be in a high traffic area so they would be quieter, and I was given the room right next to the lobby); my digital key wouldn’t work until several hours after check-in; my key card stopped working before I checked out (and before the 12noon checkout time). But overall a good stay and I would definitely go back.

Great hotel in a very convenient location. The rooms are very spacious, the beds and pillows super comfortable, even the sleeper sofa. Delicious breakfast with omelets, breakfast sandwiches, muffins, bagels, and waffles. It's great for families with kids and extended stays away from home. The pool area, BBQ grills and outdoor patio were awesome too. The full-size fridge, dishwasher and on-site laundry area are a big plus. The staff was extremely polite and we had no issues during our 9-day stay. When we needed to modify our booking, they assisted us over the phone and allowed us to check in early. Very clean, new and comfortable hotel. Would give it 10 stars if we could! Will definitely recommend and look forward to staying at Hilton hotels again.

This Hilton stay was a great experience mainly due to the staff. Everyone working at the front desk was helpful with everything we needed. They all went above and beyond and were always maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the hotel without neglecting the needs of the guests. Specifically, Kassandra was exceptional as she was always working hard and had updated information on whatever we asked her. She really stood out as someone who should represents the Hilton hotel's high standards. She handled the storm situation gracefully and had everything under control. I would recommend this hotel over the others nearby because of this.

Stayed here for an extended stay and the hotel manager Jennifer was amazing! So good, I told her she needs to run multiple hotels! Manny was also another manager who went above and beyond to make sure I was satidfied. The entire team is amazing and I'm so happy they are there.

This hotel is a great choice! Entire hotel is impeccably clean, rooms are super comfortable, spacious, and have all amenities/features you could hope for..., full fridge / large, quality micro / lg TV, great shelving, counter spaces & workstation, convenient power/USB, etc, great office chair, large shower. Bed also very comfortable w/ quality bedding... Simply stated, everything just 'works' (which is an exception, not the 'rule' these days....). The staff are all friendly, truly helpful & competent. My Golden Retriever was welcomed and felt right at home too. She's getting used to making the rounds & gets plenty of attention from the staff & several friendly guests as well! Thanks for all the hard work keeping the property so perfect and taking such good care of your guests... I arrived needing to be in area better part of next several weeks for work. Was planning on a long commute most of time.... I initially checked in for 1 night, which turned to 2, then 3... I feel so comfortable here I just booked 5 weeks with 100% confidence! Thanks!

My family and I stayed here for two weeks. We absolutely loved it there, the convenience of the indoor pool was a daily favorite. The hotel room, fitness, and lobby was clean and very comfortable. My only dislike was the wheat pancakes. We are Diamond members and have stayed at quite a few Home2 Suites, it seems like all of the Home2 Suites offers wheat pancakes- which taste disgusting. I contacted corporate about this horrible choice. Melissa worked the front desk and floated everywhere in the lobby just working nonstop. She is the most hardworking and kind person I have ever met in Boston! She absolutely made our stay more pleasant!

Great room - bed was comfortable and easy to keep at a comfortable temperature. We were both able to work in the daytime, one at the spacious desk & one on the couch using the moveable table. Plenty of charging ports available. If we had stayed another day I would have requested a second chair because the couch/table setup was not comfortable. The only thing missing in the kitchen was a stovetop and the fridge didn’t open all the way because it was blocked a bit by the door. Good soundproofing in the walls, we could only hear other people when they were in the hallway through the main door. Very nice staff, always willing to answer questions or help. However, the phone went unanswered several times & there was not always someone at the desk. Shower door design made it impossible to keep the floor dry because as you exited the shower water dripped from the door onto the floor. Guest Laundry pricing is high - $4 to wash and $4 to dry. #Recommended #VickieTravelz

Back again and another great stay!! Thank you for making my dogs and I feel so welcomed!! It was good to enjoy the pool this time during the stay!! The best hotel my dog and I ever stayed at!! The front desk staff is absolutely amazing and always making things right for the guest!! I loved how they had the little coffee station in the lobby. Can’t wait to stay again soon!! GREAT SERVICE!!!
